This tutorial will guide you through the process of responding to reviews using our built-in AI feature.

In this video I'll show you how to respond to reviews with our built in AI. First, click on Reviews in the top navigation menu. Then select the review you wish to respond to. You can utilize the filters available on the left sidebar to display reviews that have not been replied to yet. Now, select the review you want to reply to and click on Respond. In this case, we will select a negative review. You can choose from the pre-made prompts available in the dropdown. Alternatively, you have the option to create your own custom prompt. For instance, let's create a prompt titled Positive Feedback. Here, we can input our custom message thanking the customer for their positive feedback and include positive praises for the review they provided. Moreover, we can replace the word "review" with a variable for a more tailored response. Once we have written our prompt, click Save.
This newly created prompt will now be accessible in the dropdown menu. If you wish to edit a prompt, you can do so by clicking on "manage prompt" and making your adjustments from there. When you finalize your changes, don’t forget to click Save. This prompt will now be available when you are ready to respond to a positive review. Now, let's respond to this negative review. Let's choose "Addressing a negative review" prompt. Click on Generate AI reply. The AI will generate a reply with the customer's name and an AI-generated response. Review the AI-generated response and feel free to make edits as necessary based on the scenario. Once you are satisfied with your reply, click on "Copy and respond" to post your reply.
Lastly, the response will be posted on the review in real-time.
