Responding to Reviews with AI
This tutorial will guide you through the process of responding to reviews using our built-in AI feature.

First, click on Reviews in the top navigation menu. Then, select the review you wish to respond to.

You can utilize the filters available on the left sidebar to display reviews that have not been replied to yet. Now, select the review you intend to reply to.

Next, click on Respond.
In this scenario, we will select a negative review to respond to.
For this case, let's choose Addressing a negative review.

Now, you can choose from the pre-made prompts available in the dropdown. Alternatively, you have the option to create your own custom prompt.
For instance, let's create a prompt titled Positive Feedback. Here, we can input our custom message thanking the customer for their positive feedback and include positive praises for the review they provided. Moreover, we can replace the word review with a variable for a more tailored response.

Once we have written our prompt, click Save. This newly created prompt will now be accessible in the dropdown menu.

If you wish to edit a prompt, you can do so by clicking on Manage prompt and making your adjustments from there. When you finalize your changes, don’t forget to click Save.

This prompt will now be available when you are ready to respond to a positive review.

Now, click on Generate AI reply. The AI will generate a reply with the customer's name and an AI-generated response.

Review the AI-generated response and feel free to make edits as necessary based on the scenario. Once you are satisfied with your reply, proceed to the next step.

Click on Copy and respond to post your reply.

The response will be posted on the review in real-time.
By following these steps, you can effectively respond to reviews using our AI feature, enhancing customer interaction and feedback management.
