Sending Email Review Requests
This tutorial will guide you through the process of setting up and sending email review requests effectively.

IMPORTANT: Before performing the steps below, make sure to set up the Feedback Form, as it is needed to create email review requests.
To get started with collecting email reviews, click on the Get More Reviews button in the top navigation. Then, select Request Reviews on the left sidebar.
Next, click Create Campaign. Enter a name for your campaign and select the feedback form you previously created. Then, click Create.
Here, you will see several options that allow you to customize your design content and settings for the email campaign.
For the design, you can choose from three pre-made templates that define how your email campaign will appear. Additionally, you can customize your subject line and add a heading.
You can record or upload a video to enhance your campaign, or even add a quick message to engage your customers.
Regarding settings, you can personalize images, select your theme, and choose from different colors. If necessary, you also have the option to change to a different feedback form or select your branding from the dropdown menu.
You can update the email address and phone number, add a CTA signature footer, or opt to send your campaign via email or SMS.
All settings can be toggled based on your preferences.
Once you are satisfied with the email, you can proceed to send the campaign to your customers.
Click on the Settings tab within the campaign where you can schedule or delay the sending of your emails. You can specify the times for sending messages or even pause the sending. Be sure to click Save to confirm your settings.
Your campaign will now be dispatched to your customers according to the schedule and any delays you set. If everything is ready, you can click on Send Now.
