Before we can send out email review requests, let's create an engaging feedback form together. Here’s how to do it: First, navigate to "Get More Reviews". In the left sidebar, simply select "Feedback Forms". Create and name your form appropriately to reflect its purpose. Here, you can set up the design and initial flow that will delight your customers. To the right, you will notice a preview of the widget—take a look! You can customize the funnel type right here to align with your needs. Choose from stars, emojis, thumbs up, or review sites based on your preference. Add your logo in this section to enhance your branding effectively. A few more customization settings are available below for you to explore further. In these other tabs, you can customize your feedback options, including the title, description, and confirmation title. You can also choose to hide or display the form in this particular section. In the distribution tab, feel free to modify your title and description for clarity. These toggle tabs can be enabled or disabled according to your specific preferences. You can also customize the title and description for the thank-you page to reflect your unique style. Lastly, for the theme, you can change your font and colors to better match your brand identity. You can even apply custom CSS here for more advanced personalization options tailored to your needs. Don’t forget to click save to ensure your changes are fully applied.
