Connecting to a Review Source
This tutorial will guide you through the process of connecting to a review source, specifically demonstrating how to connect your Google Reviews profile.

Begin by clicking on Connect in the top navigation.
You will see several review sources where you can connect your profile.
For this example, we will connect your Google Reviews profile. Click on Connect.
You have the option to either sign in with your Google account or choose public access.
If you opt for public access, simply type in the business name.
In this case, I am typing JPFENCE at 16 Jones Road.
After entering the business name, click on Connect.
Once the connection is established, the system will begin syncing reviews from the source.
Please note that this may take a few minutes, depending on the number of reviews.
By following these steps, you will successfully connect to your review source and start syncing your reviews.
